I purchased this shoe in Silver Cloud and Sequoia Suede / Orange. The Silver Cloud shoes were a 1/2 size too large, but they are practically sold out so I am wearing extra thick wool boot socks to be able to wear them without my foot slipping around inside the shoe. Also different on the Silver Cloud shoes: suede shoe strings that do not want to stay tied and shed pieces of suede and a different insole that is not nearly as comfy as the Sequoia / Orange shoe. Also a pet peeve: the tongue in the left shoe continues to slide to the left so I have to readust it everytime I move. Finally, the tips of the shoe strings on the Silver Cloud version do NOT have the metal tips as shown on the website. I am definitely more impressed with the way the Sequoia / Orange shoes were built! Those are true to size and the insoles are like walking on clouds.

I normally wear a size 11, but was able to fit a 10.5 which never happens for me. The suede is light weight and if wearing jeans be sure to place gaff (may be misspelled) tape (the sales rep recommended) to avoid dye from jeans transferring onto shoe. Wish suede was a bit heavier.

I love cole haan shoes. The lunargrands are so comfy! It feels like I can run a marathon in these shoes! FYI the "weird" black thing in the shoes is only something they put in shoes to keep their shape in the boxes. It comes out, you just throw it away, it doesnt stay in the shoes girlfriend! You should def order them again, and try without the black thing!

I bought mine in a store, size 7.5--the size I normally wear, and they fit perfectly! Extremely comfortable and just super cool.

I normally order my cole haans in a 7.5 B and did so with these as well. They were so small I couldn't even get my foot into them and there was a weird hard plastic piece on the inside of the shoe. I had to ship them back.
